The internet…a tool originally designed with the financial assistance of the US military and defense department but not intended for their sole purpose – it was developed for commercial and personal use with the ability to communicate across time, space, geo-political boundaries and cultures in a split second.
What a wonderful development to channel open communication and the free exchange of ideas between the people which, ultimately, could lead to a wider understanding of cultures and groups, creating a worldwide society able to accept each other equally with the potential of achieving transparency and understanding leading to a peaceful co-existence.
